Amateur Boxen ist eine ist eine strategischer Sportart, deren Basis neben physischen Leistungs- vermögen Mut, taktische Fähigkeiten, mentale Stärke und technisches Know-how bilden.
Boxgirls Berlin bringt Mädchen mit unterschiedlichsten Erfahrungen und sozialen Hintergründen zusammen. Zusammen haben sie Spaß und lernen nicht nur Boxtechniken und werden körperlich fit, sondern entwickeln spielerisch Führungsqualitäten und erweitern ihre sozialen wie interkulturellen Fähigkeiten.
