Boxgirls International supports women and girls using boxing programmes as a catalyst for social change in their cities. Through our online resources, media work, documentaries, presentations and workshops, we represent our member clubs internationally and provide them with shared services such as coaching and organizational development, income generation, media relations and fundraising. We are a founding member of the Sport for Social Change Network in Africa. Our goal is to use the energy and creativity of athletes all over the world to create fairer conditions for girls and women to shape their own lives.

We use know-how and resources to create a strong, dynamic movement for women's sport and political participation. We bring boxing projects from the North in contact with boxing projects from the South to learn from each other, strengthen each other and come together for exchanges and competitions.
